Editor’s note: Today’s outfit is a blouse from Vintage blouse from Krizia... complete with shoulder pads( which by the way are making a come back!), dress shorts from Anthropology, and shoes from Roger Vivier.
Happy Monday! What a glorious Easter weekend—-I loved every second of it. Riley finally made it home on Saturday night in time for dinner. Harrison spent the night... so my chickens were under one roof which made Momma Kay very happy! I adored fixing a family breakfast on Easter morning. We had 9 people for Easter lunch and all met at the house for a drink before lunch. Riley put on disco music and we had a festive affair! If there were more hours in a week Riley could truly be a DJ. Her playlists are fabulous. Lacie Rue thought the gathering was for her and smiled the whole time. Lunch was full of laughter which warmed my heart. As much as I miss my father, step-father, brother, aunt, and grandparents.... this is the next generation of our family. Full of life! Mother and I made Easter baskets for the girls of the couple that helps us on Saturday. I was very tricky to put coins in each egg for the hunt so that the little one would know there was a treasure inside. Some day I will be doing this for grandchildren .... I cannot wait! All in good time!!! I used a trick of my mother’s when Riley and Harrison were little and had a small toy outside of their room with a ribbon attached that lead to their Easter basket in the dining room. I love doing magical things like that! Riley will be in the office this afternoon working which always thrills me....and Lacie Rue. We have a super busy week ahead with work and I have started the purging of catalogs and fabrics that we do not need getting ready for the party that I am throwing for Mackenzie on Saturday in the studio. I am so excited for her friends and family to see where she works... and for them all to bring their favorite Mackenzie stories! Happy times!
Here are my favorite Instagram posts from last week . Enjoy and have a fabulous Monday!!!

Beast with my cousin Shelley in Atlanta. Beast was looking at Emory with her son and had dinner at Shelley’s house. They are holding up the iron skillet that has been in our family since the late 1800s. Shelley removed 50 years of rust... restored it... and used it to cook dinner. Love it!!!
Shelley sent a picture of their church yesterday . How glorious!!!!!!!!
