Editor's note: Today I am wearing a blouse from Joie, J Brand jeans, and Jimmie Choo shoes.
Happy Monday! Well.... the weekend was great until the Cowboys game. Oh heavens... that was painful!! I am sure hoping they will regroup and work out the problems this week. I am no coach... but in my opinion they should have played more of their starters in the preseason games and practiced more in the heat. But who am I except an Interior Designer with a strong opinion! The TCU game was great (even though the rain made it sloppy and late!!).. LSU won.... and sorry for my readers who are Giants fans but I am glad they lost. I worked on my Christmas cards on Saturday and got 1/4 the way done addressing. I am SO proud of myself!! This year's goal is to be finished by October so I can start wrapping presents. I would truly love to enjoy the month of December and watch Christmas movies and specials instead of being a gift wrapping fool!! Maybe I can even plan a dinner party!!!!! I could not go on my walk on Saturday because of the rain... so I went up and down our stairs 20 times at a fast pace and did lunges and other floor exercises in the house. I can barely walk now-- guess those muscles have not been in action for some time!! Note to self..... vary my exercise routine!! I am without Mackenzie today and tomorrow-- and I feel a bit like a one armed paper hanger but I will get through it!! Here are my Instagram pics for the week. Enjoy and have a super Monday!!!!
What a precious nursery !! I love the print on the draperies repeated in the tea chairs. The trim on the draperies is gorgeous!! The quilt on the bed is so lovely.
This door looks like it is the entrance to a secret garden. Love the shape!
I love this entrance hall! The brick herringbone floor with the antique pieces and velvet love seat is a great juxtaposition.
My rep at Ann Sacks is traveling around Scotland. What an amazing castle!!!
My mother bought a lot of Pucci in the 60s and 70s. They are fabulous treasures to this day.
This painted floor is a work of art!!!
Beautiful dining room. I love the wood floor and how it is a different pattern from the hallway. The green walls going into the blue walls in the adjacent rooms is crisp and lovely.
Now I would like to have a glass of wine in this room every day!!! That ceiling and the wall paper leading up to it——outstanding!
Such an amazing sight in Turkey.
The colors in this oil painting send me to the moon and back!
FAB___U__LOUS!!!!!!!! The collection of white wall brackets and coral set against this wallpaper is breathtaking.
What an elegant entry into the master bath. I love the arches and how the molding is different on the two arches giving the doorway a little something extra.
These intense colors just make me happy!
I have never heard of this church—- this is amazing!! This was built in 1625. I cannot imagine how this was accomplished!!! Bucket list in Italy!!!
La Fondation Louis Vuitton. OMG!! Fabulous!!
This pair of art is so Mondrian-looking and wonderful.
This is a perfect way to get hands-intend wallpaper in a room—— but be able to take it with you or move it. Brilliant!!
For dinner last night I had grilled salmon with arugula salad.
Such a good listen!
