Editor's note: Today I am wearing a top from Ann Taylor, skirt from Anthropologie, and shoes from Frances Valentine.
Happy Monday!! The movie Christopher Robin was so wonderful!!! I am sure it will not win accolades from the movie industry because there were no extremely statements made or shoot ‘em up scenes. It was just a sweet, delightful movie. In my opinion —- people need to spend more time on happiness and less time being angry about something. I could NEVER live in Washington D.C.!!!! The Winnie the Poo characters came to life— I thought the animation was fabulous. After being out of town last weekend I was busy catching up... but I like busy and accomplishing tasks so it was a great weekend for me. Getting to finally color my hair yesterday made me feel whole again!!!!!!! I have never been so happy to get that done!!!!! It made me happy all week knowing that I made my Riley’s apartment a little nicer and created a dining area. I am sure eating on her lap for the past two years had to be getting old. I know it would for me!!! Mother takes the Santa Fean magazine... and there was an ad for a gallery this month that had the Fritz Scholder original piece of art that Riley has a copy of above the little dining table. It recently sold for $100,000!!!! I thought that was a fun fact to read about the same week that I created that moment for Riley in her apartment. That framed poster had been mine for many years. I love that my early art is Riley and Harrison’s current art. It makes me so happy!!!! We have a super busy week ahead for us... and it’s Adison’s last full week. I can’t say it enough—— we are going to miss her!!!! Here are my Instagram pics from last week. Enjoy and make it a great day!
