Editor's note: Today I am wearing a dress from JCrew and shoes from Valentino.
Happy Monday! What a delightful and quiet weekend I had! There is something to be said for doing a whole lot of nothing to recharge your battery. Besides errands I did get my nails done... and that is about the most I accomplished. It was nice sitting at home on top of this hill where we live watching the clouds roll in on Saturday night. I hate running about in the rain.. so getting to listen to it on the roof was lovely. The pool was almost deserted... this time of year when school starts back up it always happens. The sounds of summer are coming to a close. But I do love football so bring it on!!! I know the importance of pre-season games— but they sure are boring. I love the thrill of the real games and reading the sports page on Monday to read about all of the highlights. I will forever follow TCU and LSU since my twins went there. I am a huge Cowboys fan. I must say I am not the biggest fan of going to the games since I do not like crowds. The magic TV will tape whatever I want so I can watch at my leisure — in my beautiful living room with the floor to ceiling windows. I am already planning my Christmas presents and am going to try to start wrapping early so I am not overwhelmed in December. My presents are a work of art with major party bows and decorations ( I never do anything ordinary!)—- let’s see if I can be disciplined to wrap over a period of time........
Here are my favorite Instagram posts from last week. Enjoy and have a super and productive Monday. I know I will!!!
