Editor's note: Today I am wearing a white dress from Rag & Bone and shoes from Ann Taylor.
Happy Monday! Oh boy... was Saturday hot, fast ,and furious moving Harrison into his apartment. But since this was not my first rodeo on an installation.... everything worked like clockwork. Because we got a head start on Thursday and were able to leave the things from that day in the mover’s truck — the move was complete with art hung on the walls and kitchen unpacked in 4 hours. I am a whirling dervish when it comes to installations and do not let any grass grow under my feet. I did circles around the 25 year olds.......... he still has to move his clothes.......Momma Kay is going to let him handle the rest. Because I had never seen the apartment I was praying that the dimensions on the plans were accurate (they often fudge on the room sizes). But all fit great and the boys were beyond happy! I moved some art around the house when I got back to fill in the holes from the art that Harrison took. I cannot stand to have things unsettled. I guess it goes with the territory. Sunday I got to relax a bit.. well deserved. We have two deliveries today—even though the heat gets to me I love delivering what we have ordered. It always gives me a thrill!
Here is my best of the best of what caught my eye in Instagram this past week. Enjoy and have a fabulous Monday!!

Is this the most precious bunk room or what!!!!!
Stunning gate in Regent Park Queen Mary’s. So regal.
I love so much about this moment. The entry floor with the beautiful marble design, the curvaceous chairs in the living room, and that round window. Lovely.

That door surround sends me to the moon!!!!!! And that sofa!!!! Love it!
This chandelier is AMAZING!!!
Such a lovely powder room. I love the lavender wallpaper and the marble on the vanity—gorgeous! I also have a thing about odd spaces—- I adore the curved wall and how the vanity hugs it.
This room just looks like a breath of fresh air.
Not only is the Paul Getty Museum a beautiful structure—— but these sculpted bougainvillea trees are stunning!!!!
These cookies are a work of art!
I have a real thing for opaline. I inherited two pieces from my great grandmother that I treasure. This collection takes my breath away!

This attic room with the profusion of the same linen used everywhere is beyond dreamy!
Harrison's living room in his new apartment. The piece of art I got from an estate sale. It came from Dow Art Gallery on Camp Bowie. The lamp lived in the my grandmother's house in Shreveport and is an antique. The pine trunk with the metal straps as my great grandfathers and lived at one time on Hemphill Street in Fort Worth at the turn of the century. The chair & ottoman I bought on sample sale from the Robert Allen showroom, as well as the pillows on the sofa. The sofa came from Harrison's roommate. All in all a great Bachelor's pad!
Harrison's 3-monitor set-up for him to do work from home in his room. Desk is from The Container Store and the desk chair is mine and covered in a Corragio fabric. The large bluebonnet painting was his 21st birthday present, and the two on the right are from the turn of the century. My great aunt painted the one on top.
Harrison's prized Patrick Petterson signed jersey that has traveled to and from LSU several times. The mojnt on the upper right was his first deer when he was 24. The eagle pin and ink underneath was a gift when he made Eagle Scout from a dear friend.
I have experienced the first 5 and about to hit number 6. Oh my.....
Dinner last night was hamburger with no bun, and yes I did eat half of those fries. They were delicious!
Love this song!
