Editor's note: Today I am wearing a gray knit sweater from Anthropologie, skirt from Vince, and shoes by Aquatalia.
Happy Monday! It was a cold weekend-- but at least the sun was out! My phone froze again on my Saturday walk---I swear the new iPhone X has messed with all of the old phones. I like my small phone... so I will put up with the slowness and the problems. We took down Christmas this weekend-- always so sad. The house looks so bare at first when Christmas is gone. I usually get a lot of calls in January to change something in a client's house or to add . We are hosting a shower next month so some re-upholstery that has been put off and replacing some outdoor lights are happening. The new Lee Jofa and Brunschwig & Fils fabrics in the living room and the Bevolo lights will be super new additions to the house!! I will post pictures when it is done. Great football this weekend as well.... the game gets very serious this time of year!! My heart breaks for TCU basketball to lose by just a few points in overtime again and again. I have all the faith that they will get it figured out. I am so proud what Dixon has done for this team!
I have been collecting Instagrams all week-- so many great ones. Enjoy my best of the best and have a fabulous week!!!!!
A fairy tale castle in the snow... so beautiful!
I am in love with this art made from tiles . Absolutely stunning!!!!!!
The quiet and peace of new fallen snow.
I have never been to Buenos Aires-- this is gorgeous!! It looks like Paris to me. On my bucket list now!!!
This is one of the sexiest staircases I have ever seen! Outstanding!!! The herringbone floor is gorgeous as well.
I love the richness of the draperies in this master-- and that they are tucked into a pocket at the header. I do this so often-- it makes for such a clean look and hides all the mechanisms . The angular tile floor against the gentle curves of the headboard and ottoman is perfection.
I still love armoires. Where I sold them to hide TVs in the 90s-- now I actually place them for what they were intended -- to store things. The grandness in a room is always lovely. The carving on antique armoires still make my heart sing.
The glory of the sun rise or sun set in this photo with the light illuminating the leaves is magnificent.
I love the screen.... I love the chaise..... and Hermes is always the right answer in the throw.
Magical moment with the snow against the pink buildings.
I want to go to this restaurant!!!! The attention to detail and the setting is fabulous!!! Note the floor lamps placed behind the banquette. Between the high light of the beautiful lanterns and the low light of the swing arm lamps... this must be something else at night!!!!
How stunning is this!!!!!
The colors in this fabric make me SO HAPPY!!!!!
This room is well appointed...... but I especially love the drama of the large leaves in the vase. I am so doing this soon!!!!
This is gorgeous... romantic....want to go there...especially since it is SO COLD outside!
What a grand room and a beautiful moment. The moulding is spectacular!!!
Yes please to this whole room!!! That wall.....fabulous!!!!!!
This tree looks so majestic all by itself at water's edge in the snow.
Last night we celebrated my winning Best Master Bedroom with Fort Worth Magazine last night at Capital Grill.
I had filet mignon louis with crabmeat---this was superb.
Harrison ordered the lobster macaroni and cheese that was purely decadent and delicious.
This was our ceasar salad---so delicious!
Such a great song!
