Today I am wearing jeans by JBrand, a blouse from Vince, and shoes from Bettye Mueller.
Happy Monday everyone! My Frogs won, and my Tigers won, so it was a purple kind of weekend. If my Cowboys win tonight then it will be a trifecta! Today is the first day Mackenzie and I are on our own, and we have had a great day! I can't wait to see what is in store for Kay Genua Designs with the addition of Mackenzie. I am seeing wonderful things. Of course I wish Michelle all the best of luck in Colorado. We have our big install a week from tomorrow, and we are trying to get every "I" dotted and every "T" crossed. There are always little things on a large job that happen at the end, but are so necessary. I am truly so excited for next Tuesday to get to some all of my planning for 2 years come to fruition.
I have my aunt and uncle from Louisiana here for the night and I am so excited to see them. My Uncle Jack is like a father to me. We are going to Mi Cocina for dinner, which is always a special treat. I will have to watch myself not to eat too much chips & salsa...that is my downfall in life. Yesterday I had the joy of meeting my cousin, Shelly, from Atlanta and her husband and father for brunch at Perigi. It was so delicious. There were so many great Instagram posts this weekend that I had a hard time deciding what to put in my blog today. Here is what I consider the best of the best from the weekend. I hope you enjoy, and I hope you have a fabulous week!

For dinner last night I helped Harrison make dinner for himself and his girlfriend. I made my zucchini soup upon request, and he grilled steaks outside. When I told him I would happy to make my zucchini soup he was beyond thrilled. I was still full from my ever so fabulous hamburger I had at Perigi's!
I adore this song. I keep forgetting more from this artist. It is such a happy song.
