Editor's Note: Today I am wearing top from Banana Republic, cropped pants from J. Crew, and kitten heels from Chanel. My belt I purchased in Florence in the mid-80's and until I shed 25 pounds I couldn't wear it. Now it is badge of honor at age 56 every time I get to wear it.
Happy Thursday everyone! Michelle and I are having our Dallas Day on Thursday this week instead of Wednesday so my world is a little off kilter today. We have so much to accomplish in Dallas today that it will be fast and furious but Dallas days are some of my favorite days of the week. I truly love what I do for a living. Today I want to talk about an article about Kathryn Ireland's home in Venice, CA and of course utilizing a lot of her own product which is so wonderful! The article is described as "Easy Breezy" which is a perfect description of the home. The bungalow exudes a casual and breath of fresh air feeling. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Two days till the weekend--make the most of the rest of your week!
What a stunning soft spoken living room! I love all of the soft shades of blue and cream. Kathryn Ireland's exquistie product is displayed throughout the room. Such a talented lady!
I adore these 1920's French chairs in the dining room and the beautiful shears that add elegance but don't cut up a lot.
This kitchen is so happy and one of my favorite things are the mix matched barstools. It adds a touch of personality!
Yes please to this outdoor dining with the hanging lanterns! So magical!
What a precious picture of this King Charles Spaniel lounging on the chaise. The chaise and the fabric is my Kathryn Ireland and has so much style! I also adore the draperies which is a Scalamandre fabric for Kathryn Ireland.
Such a comfortable master bedroom. I love the headboard and the drapery rods that curve back to meet the wall. What a happy place to wake up to in the morning!
Close up of the beautiful headboard and pillow fabric! So pretty and happy!

Last night I was treated to dinner at the Capital Grille and had a fabulous steak! I was so enthralled talking that I forgot to take a picture of my food. If you have not been there I highly recommend it!! I had a marvelous time!!!
I forgot how much I loved Anita Baker's music until I heard her songs on my Pandora station.
