Editor's Note: Today I am wearing AG Jeans, top from New York & Company, and flats from Ann Taylor.
I was on a cleaning spring last weekend throwing away old magazines which always hurts me to the core and I had to take a sneak peak one more time before I threw them away. There were several that I could not bare to part with because I wanted to write a blog about the articles that I found in them. The article that I want to highlight today is in the Veranda November-December 2015 Issue. It just goes to show you that good design does not go out of style. I am reminded of this monthly when I visit clients houses that I have installed years ago. The rooms look as pretty to me today as when I installed them. It is a beautiful warm day here today in Fort Worth and makes you have spring fever. Have a great Thursday! The weekend is around the corner!
A small vignette highlight in this beautiful Manhattan home by Miles Redd. I adore the colors and the fabric on that chair!
What an incredible entrance with this beautiful de Gournay wallpaper and those red leather doors! This says WOW from the go get!
This room was inspired by the Sultanabad rug. Miles Redd loves color as you can truly tell in this room! As one of my favorite clients expressions "this room explodes with color!"
Another view of this incredible room! I adore the window treatment.
This room was described as the informal dining room. It is pretty smashing to me! How special to have a Robert Motherwell in your dining area?! I love the red chairs against the blue walls!
I have never thought about putting a ticking stripe inside a display cabinet but I love this affect. As my grandmother would say it is a true conversation piece!
LOVE LOVE LOVE this blue study!! The custom banquette nestled in the corner of the room is so inviting and is such a wonderful space saver. Exquisite rug!
Gorgeous blue master bedroom with the pops of salmon! The Bennison fabric on the canopy and headboard is stunning!
Another view of the master bedroom. Incredible de Gournay wallpaper! How luxurious to wake up to these incredible walls every morning?! It's like living in paradise!
Incredible walls in the bathroom and I love the mirrored door!
