Editor's note: Today I am wearing a silk blouse from Theory, wool pants from Ann Taylor, a belt from Cole Haan, and shoes from Manolo Blahnik.
Happy Monday! What a weekend ~ and a great kickoff to the Holidays. The ever so large tree is up and Santa came to visit in downtown Fort Worth. White Christmas is playing at Bass Hall (I know the words to EVERY song!!) and football was wild. TCU won with a true Freshmen quarterback-the first time one has started under Gary Patterson (I read on the Sport’s page). LSU played in a monsoon at Tennessee and won mightily. Cowboys-oh they made me cry…can we just go back to the first half when we were winning??? Breaks my heart!
I had a day of beauty catch up that I needed…Thanksgiving and a Deb Party are coming this week! I can’t wait to get my traditional Thanksgiving plate at River Crest on Thursday- shrimp, shrimp, shrimp, and some smoked salmon. It drives my best friend in NYC crazy that I pass by the turkey and dressing, but it’s a buffet and I LOVE shrimp! Instagram posts were great as usual! Enjoy what caught my eye and have a fabulous holiday week!
What an incredible shot of leaves turning. Thank you @elledecor for posting.
Absolutely stunning master bath. That lacquered ceiling--oh my goodness!
This looks like a story book house in the fall. I want o to know what is on the 3rd floor.
What a beautiful entrance to this home. I love the leaves falling on the pathway up to the front door. I hope they don't blow it away for Thanksgiving. I looks magical.
I thought this dining room with the pair of large lanterns was so beautiful. I love how they made room for 14 people to eat by using smaller side chairs. What a festive dinner party this will be!
Loved this post form Veranda. I wrote a blog on this house weeks ago. The whole house was absolutely beautiful. These shaped cornices in this dining room make my heart sing big.
A beautiful snowy scene. Even with the tree falling into the water. The leaves look so icy and I love the reflection.
Stunning table setting--and oh my goodness those napkins! What a beautiful job of monogramming. LOVE love the horn handled cutlery.
I want to go to this party! They look like they are having a blast.
This pair of vases made my heart stop beating-so gorgeous. Didn't say how big they are, but for all I know they could be tiny. I'm going to inquire about them for a client. Thanks goodness the antique store is in Dallas.
Beautiful Fall moment in a park.
What a happy time around the Christmas tree downtown Fort Worth. Christmas is so magical for children.
This whole event that Melanie Tatum posted was increidble. I love how she arranged the placecards for people to find their seating on this wall. Gorgeous flowers.
Beautiful building-and Cartier is always the right answer.
Beautiful turning of the leaves in Paris. Every season is magical in Paris!
I loved everything about this picture. That house looks so Leave it to Beaver-as does the tree running ontop of the old wood-sided truck.
Stunning table setting for this event. Way to go John! You are so talented.
Found this quote this morning. Loved it!
Something I try to do every day!
For dinner last night I had an Asian sesame chopped salad from Central Market. I topped it with some roasted chicken...delicious!
I love that I am hearing music that I forgot about on this Earth, Wind, & Fire station from Pandora.
