As I mentioned last Friday I love the new issue of House Beautiful and really love two of the featured articles. The first article I talked about last Friday and the second one I want to discuss with you today. This article features Anne Maxwell Foster home in Hudson Valley, New York. Anne is one of the talented designers behind the Tilton Fenwick line of fabrics represented by Duralee. If you have never seen the line one fabric is just as fine as the next one. I reupholster in my formal family room in one of the fabrics and absolutely loved it! This 1850's house is full of fabrics and furniture that are a feast for the eyes. Hope you enjoyed it as much as I did!
This sofa upholstered in this yummy Schumacher velvet is so warm and inviting! The middle pillow is one of Tilton Fenwick fabrics and the blue pops so beautiful against the deep rusted. I also love the door and window treatment in green.
I am always looking for interest vases and pitchers to put flowers in. These vibrant pin-cushions against the turquoise vase is so beautiful!
I adore this living room! I have a thing about banquettes and I also have a thing about tight spaces. The symmetry of these banquette done in a Pierre Frey fabric along with the antique shelves is so wonderful and inviting! Animal print is always a whimsical touch wherever it goes!
What a precious kitchen! I love the range, I love the backsplash, and the casualness of the bar stools.
What a happy place to come to in the morning!!
WOW! What a hallway!! The Oscar de la Renta wallpaper is stunning and I absolutely love the console. The lines are stupendous!
Love the drama of the transition of the wallpaper from the bedroom to the hallway!
So many great details in this bedroom! I love Leontine linens and had no idea that Tilton Fenwick did headboards for Target. You just never know what you are going to find at Target! The Dash and Albert rug adds a spark to the room and I love how comfortable and reasonable these rugs are. I use them quiet often!

Steel Magnolia Tip #42: Red lipsticks is always the right answer. Just ask Coco Chanel!--- Or should I say who would argue with Coco Chanel.
Great quotes! I always love everyday trying to find a way to execute what I want to execute.
Dinner last night was left over homemade zucchini soup spiced with jalapenos and a roasted chicken from Central Market. Yummy!
I love this Jeffrey Osborne song. It reminds me of my time in New York. I am wondering how many songs Riley is collecting during her time in New York. We will have to ask her in 30 years because I am going to be around and kicking!
