Editor's Note: Today I am wearing my new favorite pants that I got from J.Crew that I need to buy in every color (size 6 thank you very much!), Carven top white cotton sassy top, and Banana Republic snake kitten heels.
As I have said before when I read a magazine I read it from all different angles. Sometimes I start at the front and go through all the magazine page by page and sometimes I cheat and go straight to the homes that are featured. I really do gleam a lot from every page of the magazine from the feature stories to the ads. So here is my random selection of what I earmarked in this issue of Architectural Digest.
I loved this room! I love the bed floating in the center and the gorgeous rug! The collection of art on the wall is so fabulous and interesting.
This image of the Four Seasons restuarant in Paris is just outstanding! Jeff Leatham never disappoints in his flower arrangements! I had the pleasure of meeting him through the Fort Worth Garden Club in 2015. He is as lovely as he is talented!
I loved this pink, orange, and white rug! So sassy!
This restaurant in London with this gorgeous tree in the middle was sumptuous!
What an incredible picture with the sea crashing up against this gorgeous building!
Oh this beach! Oh my goodness I would love to be there!
I loved this elegant entry hall from the floors, to the columns, to the stair rail.
Oh this stair rail and these marble columns. So gorgous!
I love manicured gardens! This one is stunning!
This apartment designed by Eric Cohler has so many elements that are so delightful. What a talented man!
These draperies send me to the moon!
Another pair of incredible draperies against that orange wall. Pure genius!
Steel Magnolia Tip # 33: When in doubt--work it out. There are no problems---only opportunities!
Great quotes! Fear should never rule your life. Strength, power, and positive should!
Dinner last night was asparagus soup and salmon. I am still three pound ups--stubborn fat. You ain't going to beat me!
All the songs from the Jersey Boys are so much fun! So sad that this show is closing. What a great run! Happy Hump Day everyone!
