I am currently in New York City this week working on a clients of my daughter's apartment. Lucky for me I also get to spend some quality time with my daughter Riley who just moved up to NYC. She absolutely loves it!!
Last night for dinner we ate at Eataly in New York City and had antipasti--Prosciutto Di Parma and Melon with pickled red onions, Eckerton Hill Farm Heirloom Tomatoes with Argula, Toasted Almonds, Caper Vinaigrette, along with an Argula salad with bresaola, parmigiano reggiano, quince vinaigrette. It was delicious!! New York has some of the most incredible foods!!
