Editor's Note: Today I am wearing a skirt from Anthropologie, silk blouse from Ann Taylor, belt from Cole Hahn, and sandals from Nine West.
As I mentioned in my blog yesterday there were two articles that I loved in this month's issue of House Beautiful. The second article was a home in Richmond, Virginia designed by Suellen Gregory that was done mostly in pink. A. I love pink but B. I have three clients that are dead for pink so this article really spoke home for me! The explosion of pink in many of the rooms of the house make it so happy, sharp, as well as lovely! I loved the mixture of the traditional elements of the home with more transitional furniture. The apartment I just completed in Brooklyn, New York had the same feel! Here are some of the rooms in this wonderful home. Happy Friday everyone! Have a fabulous weekend!
This all pink painted bookcase makes the art, books, and accessories really stand out!
We just noticed that the vase in the upper right we have purchased for our job in Palm Springs--great minds think alike!
How happy is this room?! I love all the elements--love the chandelier, love the chairs, love the cocktail tables!
Another view of the living room!
Love how soft this room is! The curtains in the Dedar fabric are sumptuous! The art really speaks to me!
I own chairs just like the peach ones that are in a royal blue velvet so pretty!!
What a happy Dining Room? I could see many of splendid dinner parties going on in here!
This black and white Schumacher fabric for the draperies is so stunning against the hot pink settee.
Colefax & Fowler wallpaper done on the walls and the ceiling is so beautiful. Once again the touch of pink makes the room pop!
You can never go wrong with an all white kitchen! Whatever pops of color you add really explode!
I love about any Peter Fasano creates--this wallpaper totally sets the tone for the room!
The article says it is a teen friendly but this 56-year-old would love to read a magazine in there!
Bravo Suellen Gregory you did a marvelous job!!
