Editor's Note: Today I am wearing a silk dress from Ann Taylor with J. Crew kitten heels.
Last weekend when I was lounging by the swimming pool, I took Traditional Home and Elle Decor with me to soak in all the pages by the pool. Today I want to talk about what I loved in Elle Decor. I love my calm time of looking at magazines and being creative on what I am reading and seeing what I can apply to my current jobs. All sort of things inspire me to when I read a magazine from the ads to the articles. I ear mark the pages in the magazine and bring the magazine to work on Monday to either photo copy and put in the client bag or rip out pages. Here are the highlights for me of the latest Elle Decor.
I absolutely loved the editors message!
I love this lighting for a soft contemporary job that I will be starting this fall!
Love these pendants! They have such sass and class to them!
Beautiful faucet from Rohl. I love the crystal in the handles they are perfect for a powder room!
This faucet is so sleek and cleaned lined!
The tumblers on the bottom row in the middle I think will be perfect for my Palm Springs job!
The explosion of color in this living room makes my heart sing!
Beautiful elegant soft bedroom. So dreamy! I have used the fabric in the middle pillow on a job last year. I also used it for a pillow.
Loved the light fixture in the upper right of this page! So magical and wispy!
This quote is so true. When it doubt keep at it!
Last night we had salmon seasoned with Paul Prudhomme salmon seasoning, lemon, and butter. Cooked on 400 for 20 minutes. The oriental salad comes in a package from Costco and it is one of my favorites! I still have one of the birthday cards from my birthday on the table because I love the saying. Life is sweet!
I love anything Diana Ross and The Supremes sing! It always makes me want to dance!
