Editor's Note: Today I am wearing a Rag and Bone dress with Betty Mueller kitten heels
Today Michelle and I had the pleasure of being invited to a lunch with the Zoffany Rep from England for Zoffany Sanderson Harlequin Morris & Company Scion. Her name was Zoe and not only was she delightful to talk to but I loved her accent! We ate at the Oak accompanied by five other design firms. We were discussing how designers do business in the United States as opposed to the UK. We discovered that in the UK very few people use designers. They do the design work themselves and pay retail price. Is this the reason why we do not see more English interiors in magazines?? The conversation was lively and it was fun to hear what the other designers had to say. We were lucky enough to get a sneak peak of the new collection coming this August! I absolutely adore Zoffany Sanderson Harlequin Morris & Company Scion! They are one of my go to fabric lines. After lunch we went rug shopping and returned fabric samples. Not our normal accomplishing 20 things in a Dallas day but a fun day all around!
Lunch was delicious! My cobb salad with grilled shrimp was divine!
Here is a fabric from Sanderson that I used for my Design Inspirations Table that I used in 2015.
If you will notice it is now on my breakfast/dinner table. I use it everyday and I love this fabric!!
Here is a close up!
Here is another gorgeous Sanderson fabric that I used in a new home. I used it for the drapery in the living and kitchen area. The long stripe of fabric that is at the bottom of the image is the cutting for approval. They are the only company that I know that sends such a long piece of fabric and it is very much appreciated!
This is a Harlequin fabric that we used this year in a guest room. The draperies turned out fabulous!
Love these quotes!!
Last night for dinner I had pork chop cooked with garlic oil and Tony Chachere seasoning on 400 for 20 minutes.
The oriental salad comes in a packet from Costco and it is delicious!
Today was hair washing day so while I was washing it I was singing and dancing to this song to tame my wild hair!
