Editor's Note: Today I am wearing Ann Taylor cropped jeans, Ann Taylor sweater, Cole Hahn belt, and Chanel kitten heels.
Since my kids were little every Easter I have tried to make magical. I use to hang their artwork in the window of the dining room to show off to the neighbors my kids handwork. I displayed bunnies that I have been collecting even from my childhood. The dining room was overflowing with bunnies and eggs. On Easter morning I would have a small toy starting at my kids doorway that had a ribbon going from their toy to their Easter basket on the dining room table. They thought the Easter bunny had done it, it was just actually Easter Bunny Mommy.. that tall blonde! The Easter egg hunt in the front yard consisted of eggs that we dyed together and plastic eggs that were filled with money and coins. The kids thought they were so rich counting their money. It not only brought joy to the kids but was also a great money/math lesson. Here are some pictures of us celebrating Easter throughout the years...
Here are my kids probably at age 6 opening their Easter baskets!
We don't do Easter egg hunts anymore but we have Easter brunch at River Crest every year. Here is us at brunch in 2013.

Last night for dinner I had a leftover salmon, leftover steak, and a spinach arugula salad. I am a big believer in leftovers!
