This gorgeous wedding happened on Friday the 23rd at River Crest Country Club. When mother and I pulled up for dinner we saw the gorgeous drapes outside and I knew a party was about to happen. Come to find out my niece Lexi was working the party with Shannon Schultz, who she has been helping with parties for years. She came and got me and brought me upstairs to see this incredible event. The flowers were beyond breathtaking! I know this would be beautiful in a dimly lit room but I got to see it in bright lights and take in every detail. Bella Flora did the flowers and they were absolutely amazing! The chandeliers were even covered! The band was practicing and the party was about to come down in about an hour after I got to see it all. Here are the gorgeous pictures that I took of this incredible event! I wish the bride and groom much happiness! They certainly had a beautiful beginning to their marriage!
A detail shot of the ballroom with one of the tables. I loved how the drapes were pulled back with bouquets of flowers!
The tent outside displaying the gorgeous brides cake. The chandelier is totally draped in flowers especially orchids! Just beautiful!
A close up view of the chandelier covered in flowers!
A seating vignette in the tent. The lighting was great!
A view of the head table with the band stage in the distance!
Looking the other direction towards the tent. These flowers were just beyond breathtaking!
They even had a gorgeous band facade in front of the stage.
A complete view of the band stage and the gorgeous dance floor! Everything shimmered! The monogrammed above the band stage was made of flowers.
The same monogramming was in the stairwell ascending to the ballroom.
The drapes outside of the entry to the club!
The stairwell going up to the ballroom. You can see the monogram in the center.
The chandelier in the stairwell! The flowers were just everywhere. Totally dazzling!

Another seating vignette in the vestabule outside of the ballroom.
The grooms cake. Very whimiscal! Both of the cakes were done by Creme De La Creme.
Another view of a different area of the ballroom with the bar.
Another breathtaking view! Love the gold chairs!
The bride's table! This was truly a fairy princess wedding!

Steel Magnolia Tip #106: Be Strong, Be Courageous, and Always Forge Ahead!
I always find joy in the ordinary. This wedding that I blogged about today was certainly no ordinary wedding.
Last night for dinner we made use of our leftovers and served smoked tenderloin, honey ham, mac and cheese, green bean bundles, salad, apple pie, chocolate pecan pie and many other sweets!
Christmas Dinner #3 with my cousin Shelley and her family from Atlanta.
Such a sweet song! Love the duo!
