Editor's Note: Today I am wearing a blouse by Vince, jeans by AG, a J.Crew scarf, and Ann Taylor flats.
Wow! What a busy weekend installing the home that we have been working on for 10 months in Palm Springs! I did find time to look at my Instagram and find my favorite pics. I truly love traveling around the world by looking at these Instagram features and seeing what interest other people and seeing the beautiful images that they post. Today we have round two of movers bringing the furniture into the house so Michelle and I are posting the blog early so that we can be ready for action. Pure excitement! It's Monday the day full of possibilities and is certainly going to be a day of amazement for me to see my 10 months of work come to fruition. Make it a great week everyone! Mine will be tiring but oh so much fun!!

Incredible pumpkins--a work of art!
I can't wait to go see the Monet exhibit at the Kimbell in Fort Worth. I love Monet and can't wait to see his early works!
Wall brackets are one of my favorite accessories to use along with art work on the wall. They add a great second dimension!
Louis Philippe commodes have always been one of my favorite antique chest of drawers. I use them as bedside tables, entry rooms, in living rooms, in libraries they go everywhere. The burled wood is so beautiful! Because Louis Philipe was such a short period during the 1800's all of these commodes are period pieces which adds to their pieces.
More incredible pumpkins with an equally precious dog! Too cute for words!

Steel Magnolia Tip #61: Thirty two is a good age at which to stop. Whose business is it how old you are anyway!
Great quote! Make today awesome!!
I am cheating by showing you dinner I prepared before I left home. It was homemade soup, sole, and arugula salad. I must admit that since I have been in Palm Springs I have not had dinner. Wine and a few niblets before I go to bed at 8:00 has been my protocol. Out of town installs are hard work but so well worth it!
I don't think Elton John has ever had a bad song!
