I have spoken about my grandmother who I called One Momma in a previous blog posts. One thing that she stressed that a lady did not talk about was her age or her weight. Today I am going to talk about both, sorry One Momma! Since October of 2014, I have been on the quest to return to the weight of my 20's. I was told by both of my doctors that I would not be able to do it at the age of 54. They discussed that I was healthy and that weight gain was normal for a middle age lady and my response to both of them that, "I am supposed to just be fat and happy, I think NOT!" Don't tell this girl that she can not do something, it will only make me want to do it more! I have lost 25 pounds doing it the "Kay Way."
Here is all I did differently.. I cut out sugar, I cut out carbs, and I still drank wine with dinner! I only work out on Saturday and Sundays and I lift hand weights while my bath water is running Monday-Friday. Sounds too easy? Give it a try! See if the Kay Way will work for you! Started out at 163 pounds and I am down to 138 and heading to 132! Watch me go! Below are pictures of me from age 20 to age 55.

For all you out there that don't think you can get your weight back.. YES YOU CAN!! Don't listen to your doctors. I feel lighter, younger, and much happier! You can tell by the way that I kick my heels up in my blog that I am feeling quiet spiffy!
For dinner last night I had salad with grilled chicken, apples, onions,
celery, and white cheddar cheese!
I love this song by Michael Buble! He is so amazingly talented!
